Terms of Use

Mindstk provides a financial data and AI analysis platform, including a REST API, an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server, a web dashboard, screener, watchlist, research reports, and related tools. The Service aggregates publicly available market data and provides AI-generated financial analysis.

Not financial advice. All content, data, analysis, research reports, AI-generated output, and A-Scores provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Mindstk constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should not make any investment decision based solely on information obtained from Mindstk. Always consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

The Service is not available to persons or entities subject to US or international sanctions, or in jurisdictions where the Service is prohibited by law.

You must create an account to access the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@mindstk.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Mindstk is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

One account per person or entity. You may not create accounts to circumvent usage limits or bans.

API keys are personal credentials that grant programmatic access to the Service. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. Do not share keys publicly (e.g., in public repositories). You may revoke and regenerate keys at any time from your dashboard.

All API requests made with your key count against your quota and are your responsibility, whether made by you or a third party that obtained your key.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription plans, pricing, and included quotas are described on the pricing page at mindstk.io/pricing.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Mindstk to charge your payment method on each renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods, except where required by applicable law.

Mindstk reserves the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense Mindstk data or API output without our written permission
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data beyond your authorized API quota
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any security measure of the Service
• Use the Service to manipulate financial markets or engage in market abuse
• Impersonate any person, entity, or Mindstk itself
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Engage in denial-of-service attacks or load-testing without prior written consent

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

The Mindstk platform, branding, software, AI models, and all content we produce are owned by MINDSTK LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Financial data sourced from third-party providers is licensed to us and may be subject to additional restrictions. You may not use raw data feeds for redistribution or commercial resale without express written authorization.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Financial data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. AI-generated analysis may be incorrect, outdated, or incomplete.

MINDSTK IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISER, BROKER-DEALER, OR FINANCIAL ANALYST. NOTHING IN THE SERVICE CONSTITUTES INVESTMENT ADVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MINDSTK LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR INVESTMENT LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO MINDSTK IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MINDSTK LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@mindstk.io or through your dashboard settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Santa Fe, New Mexico, under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations or breaches of confidentiality.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
